She named a figure that we could expect to attain, and therefore listed our property with an inflated figure because she said that purchasers would expect us to drop our price somewhat. Surprisingly, we did end up achieving an offer that was exactly within the range she originally suggested! Deborah did EXACTLY as she promised prior to us listing. She always gave us plenty of notice if wanting to show the property to anyone, and followed up immediately on the prospective purchaser’s thoughts.
